Dr. Marciano graduated summa cum laude from C.W. Post-LIU, earning academic achievement awards from the biology department. She then attended NYCOM medical school in Old Westbury, NY, and completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at NYU Langone Health Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Dr. Marciano is Board Certified in pediatrics.

In 2001, Dr. Marciano received an Outstanding Attending Award from NYU Winthrop University Hospital.

With a growing interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Marciano pursued further education and specialized training in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures and liposuction. After training with some of the best doctors in the country, she founded Great Neck Medical Spa in March 2009. Dr. Marciano has performed over 1,500 SmartLipo liposuction procedures and continually enhances her expertise by attending conferences, workshops, and seminars. She also serves as a preceptor for SmartLipo for Cynosure.
