James Parrish, MD

Dr. James Parrish is one of the founding members of Mid Louisiana Surgical Specialists, established in 2003. His primary area of expertise is bariatric surgery, specifically minimally invasive abdominal procedures. His experience is truly remarkable.

Dr. Parrish has held leadership positions in the Rapides Parish Medical Society, served as the Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital, and contributed to the Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital as well as the Louisiana Chapter of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
